Return Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is accepted before the product is shipped or produced, and a full refund will be issued upon cancellation.

2. Returns (If Applicable)
We accept product returns.
Customers may apply for a return within 14 calendar days upon receiving the item.
All returned goods must be unused and kept in their original received condition with intact original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
Customers shall be charged shipping fees at most once (including return shipping).
No restocking fees will be charged for product returns.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within the specified working days.
4. Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please follow the steps below:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card issuer, as refunds may take time to be officially posted to your account.
- Contact your bank, since bank processing normally requires a certain lead time.
If you still cannot locate your refund after completing the above steps, please contact our customer service team.
5. Customs Duty & Lost Return Shipment
- Customs Duty: Any customs duties incurred shall be borne by the buyer and will be deducted directly from your refund amount.
- Lost Shipment: The buyer shall be responsible for any loss if the item is lost during return transit.
Refunds will only be processed after we physically receive and confirm the returned package.
6. Return Processing Time
Please allow 15–20 business days for us to receive and process your return.
We will send a confirmation email once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment account within 10 business days.
7. Returns & Exchanges for Merchant’s Error
For returns or exchanges caused by our liability, including quality issues, incorrect item delivery, or product description inaccuracies, all shipping costs will be covered by us at no expense to you.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly after verification.

- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our support team immediately and provide relevant details and evidence such as product photos and problem descriptions for verification.
- Free Return Shipping: Once confirmed as our liability, we will provide a pre-paid return label for you to send back the item free of charge.
- Replacement or Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will arrange a product replacement or full refund according to your preference.
The whole process takes approximately 15–20 business days.
