Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: Upon completion of payment, two scenarios will arise: 1) Customised product orders require 7 working days for preparation; 2) Stock balls require 2 working days for preparation. Subsequent shipping takes 10-15 working days (express shipping takes 5-7 working days). International deliveries may encounter various delays, but we guarantee delivery within one month of payment completion!
